    30 minutes to 5 hours (vomiting type)
    8 to 16 hours (diarrhea type)
  • Symptoms
    Nausea, vomiting (vomiting type)
    Abdominal pain, diarrhea (diarrhea type)
  • Remarks
    Infants and the elderly are highly susceptible to this fungus



Source of pollution

  • It is widely distributed in the natural world such as soil and water
  • Frequently detected from vegetables, cereals, etc.
  • Many of the vomiting types are related to rice
  • Diarrhea type is more common in foods such as meat, vegetables, fish




  • There are two kinds of vomiting type and diarrhea type

  • Avoid preparation and storage at room temperature
  • Save it in the refrigerator
  • Wash the ingredients well
