Source of pollution

  • Meat (especially swine) and its processed products
  • Raw vegetables
  • Food contaminated through water
  • Secondary pollution from pets and pests




  • Weak to heat
  • Die on heating cooking
  • Survive at low temperature (less than 5 degrees)
